An evaluation of the implemented wayfinding strategy can be conducted from both a client – and user perspective. Triagonal performs evidence studies which consist of structured before-measurements of user flow, user perception of the wayfinding and everything else related to navigating in the given space. After implementation, an after-measurement is conducted as well. By comparing the two user studies, Triagonal compiles a report of the changes in user behaviour to provide an overview of the effect of the wayfinding. These evidence studies are performed with a combination of a qualitative and quantitative approach in order to get a nuanced picture of the redesigned navigation process.
