The Copenhagen-Oslo crossing is a popular means of travel between the two capitals, both for work and leisure. First class facilities for conferences and business meetings, entertainment and gastronomy enhance the journey.
Triagonal were asked to map and address on a conceptual level how all the touchpoints from booking, via terminal check-in, embarkation and the journey itself to disembarkation and beyond could be optimized. Based on the initial phase, undertaken in summer 2019, we presented in spring 2020 a catalogue of possible interventions, supported by plans for implementation at selected touchpoints to further improve the user journey through better flow, more targeted information and improved wayfinding logics.
