Horsens Regional Hospital

A new wayfinding strategy and bespoke information elements was developed for the restructured hospital.

Over the past years Horsens Regional Hospital has been restructured and renovated, resulting in new user flows and different user behaviour. The physical environment and the different patient flows have been analysed by Triagonal in collaboration with patients and health professionals.

Based on these findings, we developed a new wayfinding systematic and information design. The aim of the project was to develop flexible solutions ensuring optimal navigation throughout the period of restructuring as well as in the future hospital setting.

  • Information for patients displayed using graphics
  • Wayfinding signage pointing towards different hospital departments
